  3. Setup:
  4. Run setup.exe from Windows, edit checker.cfg to suit your need.
  5.  
  6. Requirement: 
  7. VBRUN300.DLL, which is not included in this package
  8.  
  9. Introduction:
  10. Checker is a WWW broken link checking tool. It scans through your WWW 
  11. document and verifies it's "liveness" by actuaclly connecting to the 
  12. links inside the document.Up to now, only HTTP method is available now. 
  13. Future release will likely include other methods, e.g. FTP, gopher, etc.
  14. CHECKER can also return the last modified time and server type of a remote 
  15. document, if remote server returns these two optional fields.
  16. I don't have time to write a formal instruction document. Hopefully the help 
  17. file included with this package may help you.
